Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon
I had been too Vegas before the revamping of the downtown and the building of the Infamous City Centre and after. I loved the new downtown but the City Centre seemed to be just a big old concrete obstruction that had to be circumvented to continue walking the Vegas Strip. The locals didn't seem to embrace it much either. Most said it was a failed experiment that was costly, did not fit into its environment and remained for the most part unused. My first trip was in the early ninties and my most recent was in 2010. Photos prior to the 2010 digital images were all taken out of my photo albums,scanned,and then cleaned up digitally. Many images both old and new were manipulated digitally to enhance the imagery in one way or another, some others have been untouched and appear as they were originally shot.
